		<description>What is this white onion gravy? Made with white onions or made with a white roux? If  the latter, it must've been &lt;i&gt;vile&lt;/i&gt;.or so fortified with stock as to be indistinguishable from bouillon-flavoured wallpaper paste. Bleh.</description>
