Paul-- I took a page out of your book last night and drizzled some maple syrup on my peanut butter and peach sandwich. Somewhat sticky to consume, but quite tasty!

Kari--congratulations! I love my tongs and use them for about everything. Next time you're in Pgh, visit Penn Fixtures at 28th and Penn in the Strip. You'll be able to get some fairly decent tongs there for about what you paid for the pair you have now.

because of you, jesse, I bought tongs the other day. sure, they were from the dollar store, but they have already improved my life roughly 10,000%.

Sounds interesting. I recently tried something similar with only Ontario peaches drizzled with maple syrup with delcious results. I'll have to resist my Canadian urge to put maple syrup on everything and try it with your spice mix next time. How do you think cardamom would work with grilled fruits?
