Just when I'm planning a trip north through Nebraska I find no recent comments about the current condition of the Cornhusker Club or if Carlos is still at the Ramada. If he is, though, he probbly doesn't have much to say about innovative menu items; Ramadas are pretty standardized. Does anyone out there have any updates? I had been looking forward to a side trip through Oxford.

Just an update about the Cornhusker Club....because of a disagreement of some sort, Carlos has moved to the Kearney Ramada Inn....and though we haven't had a chance to go there since his move, we understand he is doing quite well. I have no idea about how the Cornhusker Club is getting along. I'll check into that.
