Thanks for your email. I think that Indian cooking mainly uses the leaf (could be wrong). The leaf is used in the preparation of many sources and they also sprinkle coriander leaf on just prior to serving.</description>

Do you know if there is anything in coriander that causes a food allergy? Since my wife had our daughter Indian food causes a stomach upset, we have narrowed this down to (we think) the use of coriander. Any thoughts?</description>
