		<description>We used your steak rub on a couple grass fed beef strip steaks for dinner tonight. I didn't have any habanero pepper so I substituted chipotle and anchoi chili.  It was very good.  Thanks for the suggestion.  We grilled ours over charcoal and accompanied them with grilled potatoes and grilled sweet onion slices.  I parboiled the potatoes and then coated them with butter and a mixture of paprika, and homemade cajun spices.  I sliced the sweet onion into thick slices, seasoned the slices with salt and pepper, and drizzled olive oil over each side.  The potatoes and onions are a great addition to grilled steaks and easy to prepare over the fire when cooking the meat.</description>
