I have been loving the instructional videos. A video that I would love to see is how to sharpen a knife. I read a post of yours saying that having them sharpened professionally is best, but if one had to do her own sharpening due to extreme laziness...how is it done properly?  I'll never become a master chopper with knives that grow duller by the day. Thanks, and keep up the great work!</description>
