		<description>One more note---if you do buy the book, turn to page 115 and cross out the first two sentences of the instructions for grilling corn on the cob.  Do not, I repeat, do not pull back the husks and remove the silks!  Just trim the silks a bit at one end and the stem at the other, then grill the corn with silk in place.  it will provide moisture to help steam the corn as it cooks, and the silks peel off instantaneously once the corn has been cooked.</description>
