		<description>I thoroughly enjoyed that commentary...and have often found Red Deliciouses to be mushy.  I much prefer a crisp Golden Delicious or Granny Smith.  So, tell me...are these different types of apples sprung from different tree species or is there something else causing the variation?</description>
