		<description>Read your recipe for injecting turkey prior to frying (garlic &#38; cayenne hotsauce).  Will that same recipe work for an over-baked turkey, or would it be too strong/hot?  Over here in Okinawa, we don't have the means for deep-frying (our favorite).  Thanks for any info you can share.
