Thanks for easing him into new foods. He is a great eater and enthusiastic when trying new foods. He makes his grandparents in Nebraska proud. I can't imagine why people don't like them because I think they taste very sweet. When I cook beets and serve them to Angstrom's cousin Maggie, she gobbles them down also.
