		<description>Now you tell me...  I decided recently that I'm baking all my bread now and I went a bought a $35 breadmaker on Craigslist.  No more preservative-laden, high fructose corn syrup-enriched bread for my family.  I made one loaf of whole wheat bread and it was so dense that I decided I wouldn't do that again.  I'll have to try the whole wheat pastry flour.  One question for you, though...will I have to add gluten as I did with the regular whole wheat flour?  

Oh, and one more thing: happy birthday!</description>
