Jesse Sharrard is a classically trained chef with an English degree---unless he's a literary scholar with a culinary arts degree; you decide.
He spent four years cooking in the commercial kitchen and now puts his food knowledge to excellent use at a local non-profit. Corduroy Orange is a chronicle of his accumulated knowledge of knife skills, cooking technique, and other culinary topics.
His future ambitions include teaching as many people as will listen how and why they should cook for themselves and to eschew mass-produced foodstuffs for their family-farm and backyard garden-raised alternatives; as well as to improve the knife-wielding efficiency of the population at large.
